Review of criteria to apply for the MRVHC Grant / Incentive program
Grant / Incentive: $10,000 in return for the affordable rental of an ADU
Studio $1,000 / Mo. 1 Bedroom $1,200 / Mo. 2 Bedroom $1,500 / Mo. (Rents are Maximums)
Minimum 1 Year Leases Required Tenant Income Maximum 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) for Washington County
